These Vegan Wings are baked and not fried, so they are healthy as well as DELICIOUS! They are Oil Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Refined Sugar Free, but NOT flavor free. All you need is one bowl and a baking sheet, and you have an amazing appetizer or meal!

Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 Head Cauliflower Separated into small florets
- 3/4 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (If not GF, you can use regular flour)
- 1 cup Plant Milk
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Sauce
- 2-3 tbsp Real Maple Syrup or Agave (Depending on how sweet you want it)
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha (Depending on how spicy you want it)
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. (You can also use a baking sheet sprayed with a bit of oil, if not Oil-Free)
- Prepare the Cauliflower by breaking it into small florets.
- Mix all the other Cauliflower ingredients in a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets into the batter until fully coated.
- Spread out the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake at 425ºF for 30 minutes, turning them over after 15 minutes.
- Rinse out the mixing bowl and then add all the ingredients for the Sriracha Sauce.
- Place the baked cauliflower in the Sriracha sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the cauliflower back onto baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes at 425ºF.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
