
This Creamy Garlic-Tahini Hummus is SO creamy, and with no added oil! It is very easy to make, just put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend. That’s it!
Pair it with my Sourdough Pita Recipe and you have an appetizer that EVERYONE will love! Serve it with Falafel and you have an entire meal!

Ingredients
- 25-30 oz Drained Organic Chickpeas one extra large can, or two 15 oz cans
- 1/2 cup Aquafaba (chickpea liquid from can - just set aside)
- 1 juiced Lemon
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Organic Tahini Regular or Garlic
- 1/2 -1 tsp Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
- Drain Chickpeas, saving 1/2 cup of the liquid in a small bowl.
- Add chickpeas to the food processor. There is no need to rinse the chickpeas, as you will be adding aquafaba as well.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the food processor.
- Blend on high until the hummus is smooth. Taste, add salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve with warmed pitas or with falafel!
